Quickie Update: Fidget Break Cards on TpT!

I have uploaded a new TpT product! Finally, I have added my Fidget Break Cards to my TpT account :)
This product consists of 12 Fidget Break cards that include movement ideas to help refocus students. These ideas have been used in my classroom, as well as across my school. These breaks have been proven effective by our school's OT specialists and classroom data. Further, the option to personalize these break cards to better suit your classroom is available - just contact me!
I have used these activities with my special needs students for years, specifically those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I love this pack, and use it in my classroom every day! More importantly, my kids adore the option for these effective, fun movement breaks, and use them to help get them back on track! I highly recommend checking out this product. I just checked out the preview - these look so cute!! The little monsters are fun. I started some yoga with one of my classes - found some "study break yoga" videos online which are simple and short. Love how that's going so far!
