Awesome Gift Idea: Photowall Review!

The catalog of images available to be turned into a wall mural or canvas print is vast to say the least! I wanted to use an image they already had in their library (to get the full experience) so I really took my time to look through their images to find the perfect one. I found a few different images I loved, but my husband and I ultimately agreed on an image that really reflected our lives.

After I placed the order I eagerly awaited the arrival of the package.Two days later it showed up - no joke! I was so excited to get this canvas up, I brought the package with me to work to assemble it right away.

At first I was a bit intimated by the Do-It-Yourself part of the frame. It looked like a lot of work. But I was wrong!

 The package came with detailed instructions with pictures. There was also a video I could (and did) watch that helped break down the steps. It seems like a lot of steps, but it's super simple and quick. Took me all of 10 minutes!

Half way through! The look and feel of the canvas is perfect - it's not rough like you would think. The image itself is soft and glossy. Doesn't look cheap at all!

Ok! All done with the assembly! Let's take a look at the final product!

How perfect is this?! I love this image so much, and it really speaks to me and my little family. Not only do we have cats and dogs that love each other, but my husband and I are reflected a little bit in this image too - opposites attract for sure! I thought this canvas print was just perfect for our home. Not only did it nicely reflect our lives and interests, but it was quirky, fun, and exactly the style we love.

Because we had just decorated for Christmas, I didn't want to hang this up in the main room just yet (we generally replace all of our paintings and pictures during the holidays to replace them with decorations). But I did want to hang it for people to see. We had a holiday party last week, and we knew we wanted to put it somewhere it would be appreciated!

This ended up being the perfect place! Not only did everyone at the party see it, but we got a TON of compliments on it. A good friend of ours (and a lover of art) asked me who made this print and where he could find a similar style by the same artist. Of course I gave him all the info so he could get his own. 

I am so incredibly happy with this product! When we begin redecorating our other rooms, I will for sure be heading back to this site to purchase another great print. I'm very interested in trying out the wall murals as well - I'll keep you posted!
