About Me

I started this blog as a way to reach out to others and share my experiences with education, health, and the free-spirited lifestyle I lead. Mostly, I started this to hear myself talk (see myself type?). I'm a compassionate, funny, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, fun-loving jogger, pet parent, and "old soul" by night. I'm an idealist in every sense of the word, but also a skeptic, worthy of a good debate. I'm a Midwesterner who lives on the east coast with a west coast state of mind. I teach, cook, bake, meditate, hike, run, smile, write, joke, read, love, and laugh. I want to fill this blog with ideas, recipes, quotes, tips, advice, questions, support, and humor. I want to expand my horizons and connect with others from all different backgrounds. Please, join me :)

My Teaching Credentials and Educational Background:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis - Master's Level
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst through the State of Massachusetts
  • Initial License in Moderate Disabilities, PK-8
  • B.S. in Teaching Students with Moderate Disabilities - Wheelock College
  • M.S. Ed in Behavioral Education - Simmons College

  1. Hello:) I randomly found your blog on Pinterest! I'm a special education teacher myself... as well as dog parent, jogger... etc. I'm SO excited to follow your blog!
